Shipping and Return Policies
Authenticity
Retro Diet has a rigorous authentication process with all items being carefully inspected in house, and then authenticated through a third party. We have a guarantee on the authenticity of our products. While we take extra steps to ensure this authenticity, not everything can be 100%. In the rare case there is an item that slips through our inspection process, we guarantee a full return and refund with documentation proving inauthenticity. Other than this, we do not offer refunds, except in special circumstances as outlined at the bottom of our policy
Shipping Policy
Currently, we only allow purchases through the website for US shipping only. However, if you are an international customer interested in a bag, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate!
All domestic USA orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and a signature is required.
Processing Time
All orders ship within 2-3 business days. If you are a local buyer, orders will be delivered within same day to 2 business days. Please note some delays may occur if we are on vacation. This will be noted in our alerts. If you are in need of the bag more quickly, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, customs fees, or packages lost or stolen in the mail.
Returns

We are a small business, and want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases! If you feel there was an error in the listing or there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the package delivery and the item must be unused. Items with claims after this time period will not be considered. We strive to provide the best customer service we can. Thank you for your understanding.
